Medshop sends out email notification containing tracking details for the item we dispatch. (Please check your spam and junk mail email boxes not to miss out on this communication).

The emails should contain all the relevant information to enable self monitoring and tracking of the delivery(s).

If you have not received an email it could likely be that the item is yet to have been dispatched and could be as a result of -

* Backorders

* Customisations (Engraving / Embroidery)

* Item Quarantine for QC or Recall

In each of these above cases we try to reach-out to all effected customers if the delay is anticipated to be greater than 2 working days.

Once delayed items are available every effort is made to expedite the delivery.

To ensure the safe arrival of your purchase we require a signature as proof of delivery for all orders. If no one is available at the delivery address to accept the order it will usually go to a local post office for collection.

Unfortunately calling cards are not always left by the delivery companies, so if the delivery, has gone past the expected delivery date, please check both online for the most recent update and with the local post office using the tracking reference we provided.

If the order is redirected at the customer’s request or delivery option altered Medshop will not be liable for lost, stolen or damaged parcels.
