If a customer attempts to log in to their account several times with the incorrect password their account will lock and they will need to contact us to unlock the account.

Please refer to Hannah, Carolyn or Henk to unlock the customer account as it requires administrative access to the back end of the website. You will need to provide us with the customers user name, email address and customer number if they know it. Providing all three details is preferable in case there is any error.
