In the unfortunate event that the batteries for this item fail, they are generally not covered under the manufacturing warranty, however, if the battery fails within 30 days of receipt, simply follow the below link in order to complete and submit a return request and we will send you a brand new watch face with a new battery in it free of charge.
If your item is outside of the above time frame, you can purchase the watch face as a replacement through Medshop Australia.
