Our website display's if an item is 'Out of Stock' and an approximate lead time for ordering. However, if you're happy to wait for the lead-time, please 'Add to Cart' and proceed to check-out. Some items are unable to be added to cart due to supplier delays. In this case, you can enter your email to be notified when the item is back in stock.
If you process an order for an out of stock item, a backorder notification will be sent advising an approximate date of arrival for your out-of-stock items. We can also recommend alternatives if the date does not suit your time-frame.
If you process an order which is in stock, please allow approximately 1-3 business days for warehouse dispatch for orders which are in stock. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed through.
If you have received a tracking number you will get regular updates on consignments via email, but if you wish to login and see the latest position please use the tracking code on the couriers site.
